Burgers' Safari

Your visit to Burgers' Safari takes you to the cheetahs and the lion family, which you can observe from a wooden observation hut. Large groups of lions and cubs have been living here since the 1930s. Among the trees, you can spot the heads of various giraffes. At the watering hole, you might encounter several animals, including white rhinos, zebras, and waterbucks.

Burgers' Desert

Join the adventure through the extreme desert environment at Burgers' Desert. Explore an underground adventure tunnel designed like an abandoned mine, with gold veins, fossils, and a dripstone cave. Discover fascinating animals that thrive in the dark, like blind cavefish. In the desert itself, encounter black-tailed prairie dogs, North American porcupines, Montezuma quails, and many more!

Burgers' Mangrove

At Burgers' Mangrove, the journey begins on a bridge through the mangrove forest, where only a few plant species survive in the salty environment. Visitors may come face-to-face with Caribbean manatees through a panoramic glass wall, where these sea mammals often swim by. The mangrove forest is also home to various animals, including colorful butterflies and crabs.

Burgers' Rimba

Burgers' Rimba offers a unique journey through the tropical rainforest! This world is home to a diverse range of species, including Malayan bears, siamangs, pythons, and tigers. On warm days, visitors can see various animals cooling off by the water canal.

Burgers' Bush

In Burgers' Bush, step into the colorful world of the tropical rainforest. You'll encounter animals everywhere— in the water, on the ground, and in the air. Adventurers can explore deeper into the forest along narrow paths, where you might come face-to-face with capybaras, maned pigeons, green iguanas, and the coal burner turtle.

Burgers' Ocean

Burgers' Ocean showcases life in the Indo-Pacific coral reef, one of the most biodiverse habitats on Earth. After a day at Burgers' Zoo you must be hungry. During an overnight stay at Krieghuusbelten you can enjoy delicious dishes and the tastiest drinks in our Restaurant “Bij ons”. While the children play on the large playground equipment the parents enjoy a well-deserved drink. And when everything is finished, the children can join in the activities of our entertainment team.

De waterlodge is echt een aanrader. Super mooie locatie en geweldig voor de kinderen. Heerlijke zwemvijver met een mooi strandje. Genoeg faciliteiten, klein supermarktje, restaurant, cafetaria, fijn terras en genoeg speelgelegenheden voor de kinderen!

The cottage we booked was very cozy. The food at the little restaurant was good. The children could share their energy with the animation. The animation team was very fanatical and organized many fun activities.
